The MG Midget was released to the public in 1961 and was produced by MG right through until 1979, it was a name revival from pervious models like the M, D, J & T types. Mk1 had a 948cc engine, Mk2 had the 1098cc engine Mk3 the 1275cc and Mk4 had the 1493cc engine. all fairly small engines but with a curb weight of around 735kg they were lively enough and had plenty of nice styling.
