Vintage Truck Supplies was born in 2019 as I neared the end of a restoration of a 1957 Morris Commercial 30 Cwt light truck.
I'd spent 10 years collecting parts to do the restoration by attending swap meets, using Ebay (there was very little listed back then) and going to businesses and machine shops with my samples. It was the most time consuming part of the restoration.
I have a parts sales background and a family link with BMC and Unipart where I worked as a young adult. I also worked at Rare Spares at Homebush for some years.
I had come to the conclusion that nobody was catering to this market for light British trucks and I would give it a red hot go. Vintage Truck Supplies was born.

Where I cannot locate existing parts around the world I many times decide to reproduce them using the connections I had already made during my restoration and have started some new ones with Aussie family owned factories and businesses. Today I continue to add stock to my shelves to better improve my ability to help make the restorer and repairers job simple.

This Online Store is the culmination of 3 years of typing away late at night at the computer. As I'm a one man band with a 100 acre farm in the Hunter Valley region of NSW, I have a lot of work on. I hope you understand this business is just a Mum and Dad operation and we endeavour to do our very best for you.

We are a 120km round trip to a post office so we go to drop off orders twice per week so this factor affects delivery speed somewhat, please understand our remoteness affects us a tiny bit, with phone outages a little time to time. We've had local farmers plough up the phone lines lol.
