May 1948 seen the first release of the Forward Control FV. it was an FVO 12/5 which in English means it was an FV model with 'O' meaning it had an Oil Engine or Diesel, the 12 means it had a 12' wheel base and the 5 referred to the 5 ton payload. The FV also went into a series two getting a new grille from the early LD van. These trucks are very rare now, I have some parts.
