The Austin A30 (numbers roughly matching Horsepower) were produced by Austin from 1952 to 1956 (production total 29,008). Considered to be the competitor to Morris' Minor, they were introduced as the 'New Austin Seven' at the Earls Court in 1951. Available in 2 and 4 door Saloon, 2 door estate and van and fitted with an 803cc A- series Engine. The A30 was succeeded by the A35 which had only slight visual differences was produced from 1956 right on until 1968 it had the 948cc A-Series Engine and later 1,098cc A-Series engine. Made available Saloon, Estate, Van, Coupe Utility, and a Sedan Delivery. There were 280,897 made of A35.
